Use of our Call-Out Repair Services

You can book our Call-out Repair Service through our website and our technician would confirm your booking upon their availability.

Once the booking is confirmed, our technician will notify you the timings for visiting you to carry out the repair work.
Our technician shall quote you an indicative non-binding price issued by the Company based upon the information provided by you in relation to each relevant device, including, for example, the fault on the relevant device. Accordingly, any such indicative price quotes are subject to detailed verification of each device. The technician will verify your device on arrival. If there is any change to the indicative price quoted to you (for example, because the information you have provided to us about the defect/fault in your device is incorrect; and/or if the technician identifies additional defects with your device; and/or if you have booked a particular repair (for example, the device won’t charge up but the technician discovers that the actual repair required is a different repair (for example a new screen); and/or we have made a mistake in communicating the pricing to you), the technician will notify you to establish whether or not you wish to proceed at the increased cost. Any such increased charge shall only be payable if you agree to such additional price. If you do not agree to the additional price, the technician shall not perform the Call-Out Repair Services and shall have no liability to you whatsoever other than to refund any sum previously paid by you relating to the Call-Out Repair Services.
You may cancel an order for Call-Out Repair Services at any time before the technician commences travelling to your location. If your cancellation takes effect once the technician has commenced travelling to your location, you will have to pay the technician a non-refundable Call-Out fee stated on our Website.

Drop to get repaired

You can drop your device to our Service Centre for the purpose of getting it repaired. Our technician shall quote you an indicative non-binding price issued by us based upon the information provided by you in relation to each relevant device, including, for example, the fault on the relevant device. Accordingly, any such indicative price quotes are subject to detailed verification of each device. The technician will verify your device on arrival. If there is any change to the indicative price quoted to you (for example, because the information you have provided to us about the defect/fault in your device( is incorrect; and/or if the technician identifies additional defects with your device; and/or if you have booked a particular repair (for example, the device won’t charge up but the technician discovers that the actual repair required is a different repair (for example a new screen); and/or we have made a mistake in communicating the pricing to you), the technician will notify you to establish whether or not you wish to proceed at the increased cost. No Fix No Fee

We follow  “no fix-no fee” policy towards the repair of your device which means that if we do not repair a device, then you do not pay a charge in relation to the device that has not been repaired. We will have no liability to you if we are unable to repair your device, as we cannot guarantee that your device is capable of repair.

“no fix-no fee” policy does not apply:

  • where the Repair Services includes our diagnostic services; or
  • where the Repair Services include liquid damage repairs; or
  • Where our “no fix-no fee” policy applies, we shall refund any sum previously paid by you to us.

Timings

We aim to perform the Repair Services within the timeframe specified to you, the Repair Services may be subject to events outside our control, which may include waiting for new spare parts to be ordered and arrive with Wave Mobile Repairs. In any event, all times for performance of the Repair Services are approximate only, and we will not be liable for any compensation as a result of late delivery of the Repair Services.

Caution

Please remove all sim cards and memory cards from your device(s) before handing your device(s) to our technician. We are not responsible for the loss of any data from the device(s) during the process of repairing.

Warranty

A 12 month warranty applies to all repairs. Your warranty will be void if device and or replaced parts have any physical damage, liquid ingress, mistreatment and or have been tampered with by a third party.Please review www.wavemobilerepairs.comWarranty Terms, which also applies to your visit to and use of this Website.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time without any obligation to inform you and it is your responsibility to look through them as often as possible.

Severability

If any clause of this Terms and Conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses of the Terms and Conditions.
